Why use a personal buyer in Belgium?
Access products not sold in your country
Many Belgian products, pralines, beers and limited editions are only available in Belgium, or Belgian shops only deliver within the country.
A trusted person on the ground
We go to the shop, abbey or workshop, check the item, send you photos before purchase if you wish, and keep the original invoice and packaging.
No language or payment barriers
We deal with Dutch-, French- and German-speaking sellers, local payment methods and online shops that refuse foreign cards or addresses.
Export made simple
We pack professionally — including temperature-sensitive chocolate — prepare the export documents and ship with insured international carriers.
How it works
Four simple steps from your request to delivery at your door.
Tell us what you need
Send us the product, a link or a photo, plus the delivery country — by form, email or phone.
Receive your personal quote
We check availability and send you a clear, all-inclusive quote: item price, our service fee, shipping and insurance.
We buy and inspect
Once you approve, we purchase the item in Belgium, inspect it and send you photos if you wish.
We ship it to you
Your order is professionally packed and shipped insured and tracked, with all export documents.
We buy all over Belgium
Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, the Belgian coast, the Trappist abbeys or a small workshop in the Ardennes: we can buy for you in every Belgian province.

Frequently asked questions
How much does your service cost?
Each request is quoted individually. Your quote includes the price of the item, our service fee, shipping and insurance, so you know the total before deciding. Requesting a quote is free and without obligation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example beer, chocolate in hot seasons, perfume or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country; we check this before sending you a quote.
How do I know the products are authentic?
We buy from official brand stores, authorised retailers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original invoice, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.
Do I have to pay Belgian VAT?
For goods exported outside the European Union, Belgian VAT may not be due or may be refundable, depending on the seller and the item. For deliveries within the EU, Belgian VAT is normally included in the price. We tell you in your quote which option applies.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. For other countries, import duties and taxes are generally paid by the recipient on arrival. We prepare accurate customs documents and, for some destinations, can quote a delivery with duties prepaid.
How do I pay?
Payment terms and methods are set out in your written quote. We never purchase anything before you have approved the quote.
Tell us what you are looking for
Describe the item and where it should be delivered. We will reply with a personalised quote.
